Mt. ADAMS SCHOOL DISTRICT VOLUNTEER PROCESS
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Mt. Adams School District! Our volunteers make a difference in our students’ lives and in our communities. We appreciate your willingness to participate in our volunteer onboarding process to keep our students and staff safe. If you have questions about volunteering with the Mt. Adams School District, please contact Amy Miller at (509) 874-8609 ext: 8609 302. All volunteers in the Mt. Adams School District must complete the Steps to Becoming a Volunteer outlined below and receive notification of clearance from the district before participating in volunteer activities. Approved applicants may volunteer for 2 years from the date of fingerprint clearance.

Get fingerprinted (see the fingerprinting options below)
The secretary at the school you are volunteering at will have access to see when you have been cleared by Human Resources. Please follow up with the school secretary after you have turned in your fingerprints to check on the status of your clearance.
FINGERPRINTING OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: Local Police Station or Sheriff’s Office
You will need to contact the police station in the county or city where you live to inquire about fingerprinting services and schedule an appointment. You will need to present a valid photo I. D., such as a driver’s license or passport. Once you have been fingerprinted, please return the fingerprint card to Human Resources with a cashier’s check, personal check, or money order made out to OSPI for $50.00. We will mail the card on your behalf.
OPTION 2: ESD 105
You will need to Schedule a fingerprinting appointment online. Please bring a government-issued photo I. D., such as a driver’s license or passport, with you to the appointment. A fee will be due at the time of fingerprinting services. Visa or Mastercard ONLY. You will NOT need to bring your fingerprints into the Mt. Adams School District, as they will be sent directly to OSPI from ESD.
